02_Grinding Balancing Maintenance
Grinding
DJM operates a dedicated grinding department equipped to carry out precision external cylindrical grinding on components up to 6,000 mm in length, ensuring tight tolerances and high surface quality.
Roll Maintenance
Thanks to its extensive in-house expertise and precision CNC machine tools and experience in paper machinery and roll production, DJM performs complete overhauls of all types of cylinders used in paper production machinery and related industrial equipment.
In the case of suction cylinders, a complete maintenance service can be performed, including the possibility of repairing any damage, revamping and upgrading of critical cylinder components with modern technologies. This includes the replacement of the perforated shell, bearings, cleaning and lubrication showers, and seals.
Balancing
DJM provides dynamic balancing services for rotors up to 8,000 mm in length, utilizing advanced balancing equipment to ensure optimal rotational stability and performance.
03_Machining operations
With its extensive fleet of CNC machine tools, DJM is capable of performing custom machining operations on medium to large-sized components, based on client specifications and technical drawings.
