Light and special paper
For the correct winding of light papers (less than 50 gsm) the reels of the AR series are equipped with axial electric winders, to guarantee uniform tension during the wrapping and avoid paper slippage and wrinkling problems.
Grooved surface of the reel drum allows to wind without defects even coated and siliconized papers too.
Automatic reel transfer
The need to improve logistics and reduce the personnel assigned to reel handling has led to the development of automated reel handling systems from the pope reel to the rewinding area.
DJM’s automatic reel transfer systems increase production line efficiency and improve safety by:

• Reducing reel loading times and empty shaft recovery;
